We built a bespoke booking system where customers can book coach trips and holidays to UK and European destinations.

Jones International are a local holiday company that offer coach trips ranging from day trips around the UK to full-blown holidays to destinations such as Disneyland Paris. Jones commissioned us to build a brand new e-commerce website that includes a fully featured booking system which allows their customers to build a holiday. This includes reserving hotel rooms and adding passenger information securely.

Key features and functionality:

  • Fully featured booking sytem for coach bookings
  • Finding breaks is a breeze with easy to use filters and searching
  • API integration with Trust My Travel, a trusted global payment provider for the travel industry
  • Customers can log into their account area where they can make as many smaller payments as required towards each break until the balance is paid
  • Automated payment reminders and other email automation based on triggers
  • Full correspondence history within the customer's account area
  • Booking process allows for both credit balances and gift vouchers to be spent
